At LiftPaw, every order helps a dog move, stand, and live more comfortably — so we want it in your hands as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping details below. If you have any questions, reach out anytime at [support@liftpaw.com] and we'll be happy to help.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery: 8–10 business days from the date of order (this includes processing + transit).
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as final delivery depends on the carrier and your location.
- We work hard to meet or beat these windows, and we'll always keep you updated if anything changes.

Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders
- Any applicable shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Delays
While we aim for every order to arrive within 8–10 business days, occasional delays can happen due to:
- High order volume or seasonal/holiday peaks
- Carrier delays or weather disruptions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us at [support@liftpaw.com] and we'll personally look into it for you.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, email us and we'll investigate right away.
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
- We've got your back, if a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
