At LiftPaw, every order helps a dog move, stand, and live more comfortably — so we want it in your hands as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping details below. If you have any questions, reach out anytime at [support@liftpaw.com] and we'll be happy to help.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery: 8–10 business days from the date of order (this includes processing + transit).
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as final delivery depends on the carrier and your location.
  • We work hard to meet or beat these windows, and we'll always keep you updated if anything changes.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders 
  • Any applicable shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
  • You can track your order anytime at https://liftpaw.com/apps/17TRACK.

Delays

While we aim for every order to arrive within 8–10 business days, occasional delays can happen due to:

  • High order volume or seasonal/holiday peaks
  • Carrier delays or weather disruptions
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us at [support@liftpaw.com] and we'll personally look into it for you.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, email us and we'll investigate right away.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
  • We've got your back, if a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
